We're approach a gill on our right where we hope to ascend to Castle Crag
We're not scramblers, but we have a scramble job here and my partner rarely uses all fours!
From where I'm standing, we've just crossed this gill
If it wasn't for this tree and its roots (left hand tree), I wouldn't be standing here taking this photo. Either we missed the path somewhere or if this is the path, I'm not impressed.
No sign of a path ahead so its upwards we go. By the way, its steep.
